Where do I start?
If it’s your first visit then start with the Guide & Resources page and see what we have to support your training.
How do I find the training?
To start your training head to our Training Programmes page or click the learner icon at the top of the page. You will find a selection of tiles provide access to our training.
What training should I do first?
That’s up to you. Your organisation might want you or your team to start at a particular point. If not, take a look at what’s on offer and start with the training that will deliver the most benefit for you right now.
How do I add learners?
Hit the Manage Groups button and here you will find a link to your group. Here you can enroll new users and manage your group
How do I get the most out of my subscription?
We suggest having a good look over our materials to see what we have to offer, and then deciding what will be of most value to your teams right now. You can ask people to start wherever they want, or you could structure training so certain groups look at a particular topic at the same time, linking to organisational objectives or challenges.
What happens if someone leaves my organisation?
No problem. You can reallocate a user access so that you get full benefit from your subscription. All this can be done from the Group Management page.
What do I do if I run out of subscriptions?
Again, no problem. You can add more whenever you need and expand how many users you have (in batches of 50). If you need to do this, please contact us and we can arrange this for you.
